(More customer reviews)I installed the cartridge and it worked fine. There was a slight squeaking sound whenever the cartridge gears were turning. When I tried printing labels that printed fine with the HP cartridge, the print came out smeared across the page. Maybe this was one bad cartridge. Maybe there's something wrong with the printer and not the cartridge. But I kind of wish I'd stuck with the HP brand cartridge.
