(More customer reviews)I bought this memory for an old laptop i was given (dell inspiron 4000)Unfortunately my system would not boot. The fault is my own though. The configuration of the chips are 16 X 16 I needed 32 x 64. Check your system before purchasing. Other than that the memory got to me very quickly, was packaged well, and seemed to be exactly what i ordered. Contacted customer support and they pointed me in the right direction. Would buy from them again.

(More customer reviews)I love how I write a review of this seller and they respond, but I can't follow-up. They make it out as if I'm the fool for not reading every bit of small print they use.
Read my earlier 1 out of 5 review of this seller.
They advertise Crucial memory, but ship you Samsung memory. Sure, they tell you it's Samsung IF you go to their Seller page and click on a small link that tells you about the "bait and switch" they pull. They also admitted as much in Emails to me concerning my complaint about just this activity.
How many of us click on "Add to Cart" and assume that we'll get what we ordered and not an inferior substitute from an Amazon seller? I dare say it's a very high percentage.
As for Samsung being the top memory company, please... Crucial and Kingston hold that throne.
Buyer beware, I would NOT buy from this company as long as it continues to use shady business practices.
