(More customer reviews)Fist off, I have been refilling for a few years and have gotten the process down on all my printers to maximize the life of the cartridge and the quality of my prints. I bought these inks because they were cheaper ... and it SHOWS.
The black is more of a GREY than anything else. I refilled my HP56 and it took a while to get it to print right. More so than any other ink supplier. I tweaked the amount of ink my printer puts out on the page and have used this ink in other cartridges. I ruled out my refill technique (gravity and hand), the cartridge (multiple and multiple brands) and the type of ink (all use dye based, not pigmented). The COLOR IS OFF with this ink.
It is particularly obvious when printing any kind of picture. I try and use this for text only (but you can still tell) and only with stuf that I am going to throw away.
If you don't care what it looks like, go ahead. I'f you do, don't get it
P.S. I bought the combo kit, used the black, have not used the colors nor am I going to
