(More customer reviews)This is the second identical machine-the first died immediatly after warranty up-no financial adjustment by company for 2nd.Ordered again as only reasonably priced machine to meet my needs-answering & faxing & hoping first a fluke. Had to get assistance to reprogram machine before it would work. Too many functions = too many punch in codes to lookup & too much to go wrong-if a single function fails the machine is essentially useless. In future will get separate ans. machine & Fax
