(More customer reviews)While I was supposed to receive a new drum, it is obvious that the one I received is used (possibly refurbished). It does not work and I have had no luck in getting anyone from Toner Eagle to call me back - you just keep leaving messages. Not very good customer service and I will probably be sending back.
