(More customer reviews)Purchased this product on 10/3/10. Did not install it in my Brother MFC-7340 until mid November. Continued to use the existing drum cartridge even though it said "Drum End Soon" because it was printing okay. Once I installed the compatible Brother Drum Cartridge DR-360 I noticed I still was getting the "Drum End Soon" message. I ignored the message thinking the sensor in the MFC-7340 did not realize I installed a new Drum Cartridge. I do not use my printer that much, the original drum cartridge was in my unit for several years. As of yesterday I started getting a black vertical streak on the right side of any informatin printed. This problably means this drum cartridge is bad. I will be contacting Amazon to get credit on this unit on purchasing a new drum cartridge that will be a Brother porduct.
