This will be an ongoing review until we ultimately get a working unit, or give-up and request a refund. This model, for the limited time we've used it, appears to do what we need with the exception of us stumbling on to the following issues:
1) The provided `preview mode' is not an actual representation of what will be printed; We'll provide images and update this once we find a solid place/home.

2) This particular unit duplicated the last printed label, after a new label was programmed, even though the machine was powered off, AC-cord removed, no batteries installed for more than 24-hours. The machine would forget all customized settings, but would not forget the last label printed and would proceed to print the `last' printed label before the new label would print -unbeknownst to the user--until after the `old label' was printed. Between the two items mentioned above, this would cause wasted tape.

Be careful, check the serial numbers and be sure you don't get this serial number sold as a new unit; regardless if its fixed or not. We'll update this review when the new replacement arrives; Hope this helps others.
