(More customer reviews)The image advertised by "greattoners" shows genuine Brother toners, but the product we received was an inferior, generic brand. Using them caused our print quality to deteriorate and put large black shadows and linese on all our pages, making them illegible. I called Brother for tech support and was told our printer was not the problem. The problem was the fact that the toner was not a genuine Brother product and that Brother could not even help me troubleshoot. This was False Advertising on the part of "greattoners" and Amazon! Be aware that the toners you receive may not be the genuine products advertised.
